For our very first unedited Q&A, we’re catching up with Rachelle Bayliss, who opens up about her own experiences and what it means to be part of a team where everyone truly has your back. 1. What’s your favourite part about being part of the INITIA family? Any fun stories from those first-day moments?
I was nervous about the transition as I had been with the previous company for quite a while. Jodi Brabson was extremely helpful, guiding me through everything and always making sure I have what I need. I have had a few closings, and they have been seamless, and I have been paid right away.
2. What’s one piece of advice you love sharing with someone who’s curious about “people-first” brokerages like ours?
I’m celebrating my 10th year doing real estate, and when talking with the broker, I was skeptical and couldn’t believe the cost savings with what INITIA offers. I made the move 3 months ago, and I’m so impressed & happy I made the move! I’m able to invest more in my business!
3. If you had to describe INITIA’s culture in just three words, what would they be and why?
Supportive- Makes sure you have the tools that you need to be successful Innovative- Supplies free website, free CRM, and free Leads.
Do not charge Commission Splits or Monthly Fees – which is a HUGE savings! Passionate- INITIA wants their agents to succeed, and they supply the tools and savings to put more into your business.
4. Why do real friendships and connections matter so much in real estate, and how does INITIA help those bonds happen?
In real estate, it’s important to work together, no matter what brokerage you work for or which side you represent. You want your clients to have a good experience and for deals to go together smoothly. INITIA promotes this, and I love that – it makes for a wonderful work environment.
