PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

  1. How long have you been in real estate?
    I’ve been in real estate for six months now.

  2. What made you decide to become a realtor?
    I am strongly interested in many aspects of real estate and the financial markets. I was really motivated by the opportunity to help friends and families navigate such an exciting and significant decision in their lives.

  3. What areas or neighbourhoods do you specialize in?
    Growing up and going to college in Sarnia, I am quite familiar with almost all residential areas in the city and surrounding municipalities.

  4. What types of properties do you most frequently work with?
    To begin my real estate career, I am primarily focusing on residential properties before looking to expand my expertise further.

  5. What is your background and certification?
    I am a graduate of Lambton College’s Mechanical Engineering Technology program and have acquired significant sales experience working as an Independent Energy Consultant over the past ten years. Most recently, I completed the Real Estate Salesperson Program through Humber College and was super excited to expand my sales profession as a realtor with INITIA Real Estate Brokerage.

PERSONAL INSIGHTS

  1. What do you enjoy most about working in real estate?
    I absolutely enjoy meeting and getting to know people one-on- one, helping them feel comfortable and confident, and using my resources to assist with whatever their real estate aspirations might be.

  2. Can you share a memorable experience or success story from your real estate career?
    I have already met so many great people in real estate, both clients and supportive colleagues,
    and I expect lasting friendships to be most memorable moving forward.

  3. What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?
    Personally, I’m a sports nut who thoroughly enjoys watching professional hockey, football, and basketball. I also regularly bike and go to the gym, and I’m a supportive and proud father to my
    14-year-old daughter.

  4. Do you have a personal motto or philosophy regarding real estate?
    I strongly believe that there is never a bad time to invest in real estate; make a move when the timing is right for you.

  1. How do you approach helping clients buy or sell their homes?
    I start every relationship by getting to know my client to clearly understand their objectives and expectations.

  2. What can clients expect when working with you?
    Clients can expect great listening when it comes to their criteria and thorough communication every step of the way.

  3. How do you stay updated with the latest market trends and changes in the real estate industry?
    Real estate has become an everyday interest of mine, reviewing new listings and industry news,
    to better service my clients navigate the ever-changing housing market.

  1. How do you build trust with your clients?
    I have a very open and trusting personality by nature, and I am always willing to share my personal and professional life experiences with others.

  2. How do you communicate with clients throughout the buying or selling process?
    I am always willing to communicate with clients however they choose, either through direct messaging/texting, e-mailing, over the phone or in person, whatever works best for my client.

MARKET INSIGHTS

  1. What tips do you have for homeowners looking to sell their property?
    Most importantly, I recommend purging and deep cleaning your home and property in advance in order to market and maximize your property potential.

  2. How do you help clients determine the right price for a property?
    The most accurate way to price a property is always a well – detailed CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), taking multiple recent sales and listings from the area to strategically choose an educated listing price.

PERSONAL FAVORITES

  1. What is your favourite part of your job? 
    I really enjoy utilizing my professional insight and expertise to assist clients throughout their real estate journey.

  2. Do you have a favourite type of property to work with?
    I am very passionate about residential properties to begin my real estate career.

  3. What’s your favourite local spot or hidden gem in the area you serve?
    I absolutely love the parks and trails found all around the Sarnia area, especially our beautiful waterfront along the river and Lake Huron.

  4. What has been your experience at INITIA?
    The INITIA brokerage has provided unbelievable support and guidance so far. It has all the resources and assistance I need to provide my clients with high-quality representation.

  5. What advice would you give to someone looking to buy a home?
    I recommend clearly outlining your criteria to keep an open mind throughout your home search in order to act quickly with confidence when that preferred property is found.
